I am so so so so happy! I just found out that there is a school being established in an area very close to me for ASD children! It is year round and when the new building is ready they will be accepting more kids! I am trying to get on the list and I think I have a good chance. An added bonus is I wanted to be in this area before because they have a wonderful program for gifted kids. Finally we may be able to get the education we hoped for for all our kids! This school was established by a parent of an ASD girl, Hannah in Portland, TX. She was tired of the same things I am. Waiting for someone, ANYONE qualified to teach our kids in our area. The closest school is in San Antonio and it is several thousands of dollars per semester. I'll keep ya'll posted.

Oh Congratulations ! That is wonderful news, i hope everything works out well and please keep us posted, that would be great for all of your little ones to be in one school that will be able to address all of their needs!
