This was a recall because of confusing packaging. There was no tampering.
I have used these also and I think the recall was a good idea. The package has two single packaged pills and packs with two pills together (in a square). It leads you to believe two pills maybe the correct dose. I don't know what genuis designed the packaging.
I hope it hasn't caused alot of overdosing. If I hadn't reread the box I probably would have overdosed my little guys. It was misleading. I'm so glad they will change it.

For a minute there I thought it was about adult's tylenol and if they recalled that I would definitely be screwed bigtime!!!! I am allergic to aspirin so I can only take tylenol.

THANK YOU SHAKES..I never used them, saw it online aol today..geezlouise WHATS NEXT... ITS HARD ENOUGH TO GIVE MY SON HIS SEIZURE MEDS.(DEPAKOTE) AND ADDERALL N RISPERDAL.. THEN U CANT GIVE TYLENOL MELTAWAYS W/OUT WORRYING..I know some of my friends hv used them..for there kids...scary.
