Friends like that are truely a gift

some thing amazing happend to me today and i wanted to share.

last nigt a friend of mine rang to say there was a program on autism and what time it was on etc . so i thanked him for letting me know and popped it on . this morning he popped round to pick up his son (my youngests best friend had stayed over). any way as he was leaving he turned and said *we watched that programe last night and although we knew what jordons problems were we never understood or realised what it was like and i realise it is very hard*

well that was the most amazing thing anyone has ever done for me and hubby etc .no one we know will even discuss my boys let alone make the time to find out about it and i was so touched i almost cryed after he left.

any way just wanted to share what for me was an amazing gift from people i never realised were such good friends

I am so happy for you.

I agree ... what a special gift to have given you.

I have to say that since Luke becoming dx'd, I have found friends in people I never thought even cared about me, much less were willing to help us out.  It's amazing how sometimes the worst things can bring out the best in people.

And, of course, I'm so thankful to have found you all here as well.
