Hey Franklin! Welcome to the board.... heres another link for resources in Georgia http://www.yellowpagesforkids.com/help/ga.htm (It has a state drop down menu so anyone can find state specific info from that link) also might I suggest checking www.unlockingautism.org they have a national call center phone number listed and also a parent 2 parent netowrk to try to help you find services in your area. Nanacy Cale is VP of unlocking Autism and in Georgia She may be able to help you get more specific state info but I think most of what you want can probably be found by contacting your states Department of Education Hopefully this link helps you. http://www.doe.k12.ga.us/ Also www.wrightslaw.com is an excellent site for information and answers...HOpe this helps!

You could also call your states attorney general's office and ask them what the law is too. Good luck!!!
