That is a great idea. I gave each of my son's therapists a 0.00 gift card to a spa and a thank you card with his picture in it.
I didnt even think of writing a letter to their supervisor. Do you think it is too late to do that? He aged out last July.
I think it's an excellent question and I think it's the BEST present anyone who works with your child can get. I do it often. What I've done in the past is write the letter to the person's immediate superior. I copy the person as well as any other superiors the person might have, all the way up to the Superintendent of Schools. Boy, does this get attention. The Super will not forget you as a mother and that ALWAYS helps. My ds will turn 3 in about a week, so he will be starting preschool. I'd like to write a letter of appreciation to a few of the people that I thought did an excellent job working with him in EI. How is the best way to do this? I'm sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but I've never done anything like this before. Any suggestions would be appreciated! b-u-m-p
