Software and Toys for Autistic kids | Autism PDD

Hi, I have a son who has Autism and is almost seven years old. I was wondering if anyone knows of any software or toys that befenit autistic kids. I have heard of "Computhera" and Discrete Trial Trainer" but I am not sure if they are effective in teaching or not. Any experiences and suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

From personal experience, the "I SPY" series has been great for my son.
