I don't know why School rule this or I need to take him out the School distric for him be evaluated by Independent place or Doctor.

ADD/ADHD is almost universal with autism. In fact, I don't know a single kid with autism who isn't either hyper or distracted or both. Many doctors consider it a part of autism, although there are no criteria in the dx that require it to be present. It just IS present. My son was also dx'd with ADD. Inattentive type. Not Hyperactive. They suspected it long before they actually gave him the dx, but he also has severe anxiety. They started to treat his ADD, and his grades went from D's and F's to B's and C's.
