I remember a chat a few months back and you were saying how Ben wouldn't participate in a, i want to say it was a school music show, maybe christmas,and how he wouldn't have his picture taken on picture day which is exactly how my guy is so I thank you because you're triumph gives me ( and others I'm sure) so much hope! Congratulations again!Reading the Phil Collins post made me a little teary-eyed. You couldnot have told me some months ago that this day would have happened this soon. Wow! Janet
It has been a few days now and I am still so very amazed.I wish I could show you a video of the program and of his expression when it was over, how proud he was. He knew that he had done a very big thing.
It's funny to day how he fretted a little over getting a new Sunday School teacher and having to change rooms. He and the others are being promoted to the First Grade group. I reminded him that he had met the new teacher, a nice young man. Benjamin was happy about having a man teacher, still unsure about moving rooms.:) This too shall pass
