I can not recieve the H1N1 mist thign because of my respitory problems, it is also hard because my cousin has a eye problem which is usually occrus form a auto imune disorder and he si on steroids and has a weak imune. The main thign is the  msit is a live virus!  Mom said as soon as the shots coem out the doctor said I should get one only because if I get this flu I would end up in  the hospital and possibly die.

Both of my kiddos are finally vaccinated!  they actually let me have it also since I'm their primary caregiver (my DH is needle shy and almost passed out when they suggested it... I think they'd have to tranquilize him to vax).  Neither child had a reaction of any kind; nor did I.

On the pneumonia front, Tori is recovering.  Fever has been gone since last Friday (which was why she was able to get the H1N1 shot yesterday - no fever for more than 48 hours).  She's still hacking/wheezing and medicating; but we can work with that.

Yes my son got his H1N1 shot at school last week. He has epilepsy and heart problems. With underlying conditions, it would be life threatening not to. By the way I got mine too.
