For those who may have heard about this, it was from CBS' Big Brother Show that aired last night.

I don't watch the show, but heard about it and am really ticked off.  Some guy that works for an autism foundation calls our kids "retards."  Wow.  What's worse, the guy is completely unapologetic when confronted about it.

You can watch in horror here:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNwuXRY8X7E

That is just sad and very upsetting It gives me anxiety thinking that there are people out there like this person that work with or works for a foundation for any disabled person would say such things. Very upsetting

I read this post and it was very upsetting to me..... I researched info on this and here is the contact info on this awful person.

Here is the info on the person from the big brother show, who said our autistic children were RETARDS and he also said, that he had the right to say that because he works with them and works his butt off!! Once again, here is the link to you tube to watch him and hear the remarks he made!

WOW!    , that was a bit un called for. He must have a pretty high opinion of himself seems like a pretty cocky dude. What a jerk, and he just made a huge ass of himself in front of national television. Just think what the parents of the kids he works with will have to say to him in person if they get the chance.

Yeah...people like this guy don't deserve the oxygen they breathe.  Hopefully he'll figure out what he did wrong and ask forgivness.  If not...that foundation needs to step up and make a few decisions...will be contacting that number today.  I'm hoping someone takes some initiative.

I saw this on Wednesday night and my head exploded!

Thanks Joyful for providing the contact information for his employer.  We should ALL contact them and let them know how offensive his comments were.  He should absolutely not be working with our kids!

I'm so critical of these foundations. I really think it is all about money. And it is, when guys like this are representing them. I have a real hard time where all this money goes, when a lot of families can't get decent ABA therapy and others. Please call/write.

I find this so disturbing.  Yes, I will call and write and complain, but what sticks with me is that this guy is probably saying what alot of people think.  How sad that all we do to raise awareness of autism and spectrum disorders and this kind of mindset remains.  I sit here shaking my head... so sad for our children.
